Privacy
Axias collects property and support information so it can generate reports, run the service, and keep the platform secure.
The data controller for Axias is MY WITTY LTD, a company based in Israel, which operates Axias. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected] or use the Support page. We have not yet appointed a representative in the EU under Article 27 GDPR; until we do, contact us at [email protected].
Axias collects the information you submit about a property, your support messages, report-related details, and the technical logs needed to deliver and improve the service.
Property data is used to generate previews and reports. Support messages are used to answer questions about a property, a report, or the service. Technical data is used for diagnostics, quality control, and fraud prevention.
Axias combines the information you submit with market data and stores report, support, and service records in separate systems so the service can run reliably and be reviewed when needed.
We use your data to perform our contract with you when you create an account, request a preview or buy a report (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); on your consent for analytics cookies and marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a)); and on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing fraud (Article 6(1)(f)).
Account data and reports: while your account is active and for 12 months after it closes. Previews and leads: 24 months. Support messages: 24 months. Server logs: 90 days. Payment records: kept by Paddle for as long as tax law requires. Deletion is not automated yet: we delete data on request and review what we hold once a year against these periods.
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected, deleted or exported, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected] or through the Support page. You can also complain to the data protection supervisory authority of the country where you live; in Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
MY WITTY LTD operates Axias from Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Our servers and database are hosted by Hetzner in the EU. OpenAI, Google, Cloudflare and Paddle may process data in the United States or the United Kingdom; these transfers rely on an adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Axias may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, maps, storage, communications, AI services, and consent-based analytics so the platform can operate and improve over time.
Axias uses these providers to run the service. Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases: it processes the payment and sends the receipt, and Axias does not receive or store your card details. OpenAI: the property details and any photos you submit are sent to OpenAI's API to write the report text and assess visible condition. Google Maps Platform: address search, map views and the map image in the report, so the address you type is sent to Google. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel: usage statistics and ad measurement, only if you accept analytics in the consent banner. Cloudflare R2: storage of the property photos you upload. Google (email delivery): sends account, report and support emails. Hetzner (hosting): runs the servers and database, located in the EU (Finland and Germany), where accounts, previews, reports and support requests are stored.
