Terms

The operating frame for Axias reports

Axias reports are decision-support documents, not certified valuations. These terms describe the practical scope and limits of the service.

Nature of the service

Axias provides property pricing reports for Greek residential property. Reports are informational and are not certified appraisals, legal opinions, lending decisions, or tax determinations.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for submitting accurate address, feature, and condition data. If intake data is incomplete or inaccurate, the resulting report may be misleading.

No guarantee of sale price

Axias estimates a value band from available market data and property details. It does not guarantee an eventual sale price, buyer demand, financing outcome, or auction result.

Permitted use

Reports may be used for pricing preparation, discussion with clients, and presentation support. Users should not present an Axias report as a certified valuation unless an appropriately qualified professional has reviewed it separately.

Availability and revisions

The service may evolve as data coverage, report design, and methodology improve. Axias may revise features and presentation over time.

Professional judgment

Reports should be used alongside professional judgment, local market knowledge, and any additional documentation relevant to the property or transaction.

Not a certified appraisal

An Axias report is an informational pricing report, not a certified appraisal. It is produced automatically from recorded sales, asking prices, auction data and the property details you provide, without a physical inspection of the property. It does not replace a valuation by a certified valuer where a lender, an authority or a court requires one.

Who operates Axias

Axias is operated by MY WITTY LTD, a company based in Israel. You can reach us at [email protected] or through the Support page.

Payment

The address preview is free: it shows the evidence we found for the property and how strong it is. The value range is in the full report. A full report is a one-off purchase with no subscription, and the price shown at checkout includes VAT. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the purchase: Paddle takes the payment and sends the receipt to your email.

Refunds

You see the free preview, including how strong the evidence is, before you pay, so there are no surprises. If the paid report fails to generate or is unusable because of a data problem on our side, contact support through the Support page within 14 days of the report's delivery (or of the purchase, if the report was never delivered) and we refund the purchase. Refunds are paid to the original payment method through Paddle. If a report paid with a credit fails or is unusable, contact support and we will review it and return the credit where appropriate. As a consumer you can also withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (see Right of withdrawal). This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from a report purchase within 14 days of the report's delivery (or of the purchase, if the report has not been delivered), without giving a reason: contact us through the Support page or at [email protected] and we refund the payment to the original payment method through Paddle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel; if you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you live.

Report credits and bundles

Report credits can be bought in bundles of 25, 50 or 100 at your account's per-report price. One credit is used for each full report. Bundle credits are not refundable and never expire. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
