## Full report
- Price: €29 (one-off, per property, VAT included)
- Includes: the value range, recorded-transaction comparables, local asking prices, market direction, price explanation, shareable PDF
- Payment: secure checkout via Paddle
- Refunds: if the paid report fails to generate or is unusable because of a data problem on our side, contact support within 14 days of delivery; refunded to the original payment method through Paddle
- Right of withdrawal: consumers can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; refunded the same way

## Report credits
- Repeat and professional users (agents, brokers, appraisers) can hold report credits on their account
- Bundles of 25, 50 or 100 credits; bundle credits are not refundable and never expire
- A report paid with a credit that fails or is unusable: contact support; we review it and return the credit where appropriate
